Furthermore, we're confident about our product quality, so every item purchased through sample.com is covered with a 12-month warranty.

 

Refunds and returns

Requirements:

  • We only accept returns purchased through our official site
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Undamaged, unworn with stickers intact and tags attached in order to be accepted.

Procedure:

  1. Contact us at support@ kwaf.io for your refund request.

  2. Our customer service will ask you a few questions to help you with your request.

  3. Provide us with pictures of your items so we can ensure the product’s condition.

  4. Our customer service will provide you with our warehouse address.

  5. Ship the items to the address.

  6. As soon as we confirm that the item’s condition is valid, we'll instantly complete your request, and you'll receive your refund.

 

Warranty

Requirements:

  • Item is within 12 months of your purchase date

  • For watches, the watch case and software will be covered under the warranty.

  • Damages not covered under the warranty:

    • General wear and tear including glass damage, water damage, strap damage, batteries, and theft.

    • Water damage is not included in the warranty protection.

    • Artificial damage, whether by accident or other causes.

    • Damage due to natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquakes, or fire.

Procedure:

  1. Contact us at support@ kwaf.io to claim your warranty.

  2. Our customer service will ask you a few questions to help you with your request.

  3. Provide us with a purchase date receipt and pictures of your items.

  4. Our customer service will provide you with our warehouse address.

  5. Ship the items to the address.

  6. After we repair your items, we'll return them to you immediately.
